GP Batteries is also a leader in Asia in the development of Electric Vehicle batteries.

Listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in 1991, GP Batteries is a component stock of the Straits Times Index, BT Singapore Regional Index and DBS 50 Index. It has a global manufacturing and distribution network spanning over 15 countries and employs about 7000 people.
